A little bit about myself:
I’ve been in clinical practice for over 30 years. I utilize an evidence-based, comprehensive style of chiropractic which has allowed me to help Olympic, Pro, and Semi-pro Athletes with their healthcare goals. Beyond helping patients with injury prevention & rehabilitative exercise, I have been a lifelong exercise enthusiast. I furthered my education by certifying in Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I hold upper belts in two martial arts styles which I love incorporating into fitness programs. I use an array of fitness modalities and techniques to keep training sessions exciting and fun that include but are not limited to kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, cables, monster bands, exercise and medicine balls, jump ropes, agility ladders, balance boards, punch mitts and bags, foam rollers, cables, TRX, battle ropes, ViPer, Bosu balls, exercise machines, and sporting activities.
I also love training kids in better body mechanics and helping them become comfortable and enthusiastic about exercising. I authored the first graphic novel on back and neck pain prevention for kids and aspire to launch a spinal hygiene campaign to help kids in the US prevent back and neck issues from arising. (Check out My Blog on the ErgoComical website for tips on better spinal & Musculoskeletal health for Children and Adults.)
More Importantly, What are Your Fitness Goals?
Better Cardiovascular Health? Agility? Body Recomposition? Better Endurance? Dunking a Basketball? To Be Feared By All Mortals? Playing with your kids or Grandkids? Being Pain-Free?…….
I Hope You Are Done Thinking About It. I Can’t Wait To Help Get You To Your Fitness Goals.
